BERMUDA GRASS (DOG’S TOOTH GRASS)
- In Turkey, it is also known as ‘Bermuda Grass’ or ‘Uganda Grass’.
- Bermuda Grass has superior traffic tolerance as well as a high recovery capability.
- Exceptionally tolerant to heat and drought, Bermuda grass is widely used in hot coastlines.
- Under 15 Celsius degrees of soil temperatures, Bermuda becomes dormant and start turning yellow;
after soil temperatures rise above 15 Celsius degrees, however, it once again acquires its green color.
It is very easy to establish.
