• Medium to coarse-textured, light green warm-season grass (C4) spreading by vigorous rhizomes and stolons. It needs a minimum of 18°C in the soil for germination and goes dormant below 4-5°C. Maximum tolerance to drought. Must be sown alone or mixed with a starter variety like perennial ryegrass or fine fescue. It is a fast-growing variety that can tolerate semi-shady areas. It has a thick leaf texture and a high resistance to Spring Dead Spot and Brown Patch diseases.

Uses: Seaside salt-affected soils where only low-quality water is available. It is also a widely used variety in Cyprus.
